23 Holmes - Shed Conversion

This proposed project transforms an existing detached shed of approximately 54 m² into comfortable additional living accommodation associated with the main home. The scope includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity, a new sliding door and an approximately 10 m² deck. Two preliminary layout options will be developed before the preferred concept is refined, with site verification and consultant coordination guiding the documentation and approval process. The final use and classification remain subject to building certifier and, if required, planning review.
