73 Nemira - Alteration & Addition

The Nemira project was designed to give an existing garage a new purpose, transforming it into a comfortable rumpus room, one bedroom and a study area. The proposed conversion created more space for family life, balancing areas for relaxation, rest and focused work. A new carport was also proposed in front of the existing garage to provide sheltered parking while allowing the garage to become part of the home’s living space.
